About Us

We are based in Sedgeberrow, Nr Evesham, and cover the Gloucestershire and Worcestershire area. While we work from Katherine's home office, we frequently travel to meet with clients at their own premises.

All our team are Xero certified and keep up to date with software developments throughout the year.

Katherine June Wing BA(Hons) FCCA
Owner

Having worked in public practice since 2011, Katherine has a wealth of knowledge to assist small, owner-managed businesses.

Katherine graduated with a degree in Accounting and Financial Management in 2014 and gained her ACCA qualification in 2018. KJW Accountancy Services was established in 2022, having realised a gap in the market for a firm offering services to local, micro/small businesses at a reasonable cost.

While specialising in advising micro/small businesses throughout their business lifecycle, Katherine can advise on remuneration planning and aiding with implementing internal processes, as well as looking to minimise tax implications. She can also assist with start-ups/business acquisitions as well as business closures/sales.

Katherine spends her spare time rambling in the countryside with her two spaniels, trying to keep her indoor, tropical plants happy, listening to Taylor Swift and sewing. Katherine also volunteers as treasurer for her village hall.

Liz Buckel MAAT
Accounts Assistant

Having developed a working relationship with Katherine over a number of years, Liz works alongside Katherine to ensure clients meet all compliance deadlines for statutory accounts and tax returns.

Liz is an MAAT qualified accounting technician  and she is currently working towards her ACCA qualification. Having commenced working in practice in 2018, Liz can assist businesses with integrating accounting software into their financial record keeping.

Liz is currently based in the USA with plans to return to the UK in the next couple of years. When she is not studying, Liz enjoys travelling with her family and baking with her two daughters.

Georgina Halling
Bookkeeper

George supports the team with her experience in bookkeeping, payroll and administration tasks.

George joined the team in 2024, she brought with her a wealth of knowledge, having worked in both practice and industry throughout her career and now works with Katherine to ensure clients have bookkeeping processes in place that allow them to run their businesses efficiently.

George works from Katherine's home office in Sedgeberrow three days a week and she spends her spare time crafting and gardening.

Nara and Tokyo
Office Assistants

Their main responsibility is to greet clients for meetings, ensuring they feel welcome.

Tokyo also assumes the role of Chief Wellness Officer, ensuring all employees have regular breaks from their PCs.

Sometimes they may join a Zoom or MS Teams meeting, but they will most likely sleep through them.

Their favourite activities include running round fields, sleeping and eating.
